CANCELLATION POLICY
As a solo esthetician, I truly value each of my clients and the time we spend together. In order to provide the best service and maintain a smooth schedule, I ask for your understanding regarding the following policy: - I require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. - If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 35% fee of the service will apply. - No-shows will also be charged the 35% fee.
